Introduction：The bridge crosses Binhe East Road,
Binhe Park and 300m wide Fenhe River, and is connected with the grand theater
east platform on Changfeng Culture Island and west Binhe Park. The main span is
125m, and the total length is 1053.212m. Two pedestrian bridges have the steel
box girder structure, which are linked and crossed through two band bridges.
They are connected with the rod, and the overall modeling is full of sense of
modernness.
